Here’s Why I’m Fussy About What Goes Into My Candles and Wax Melts:

Let’s be real, I'm nearly 50, I’ve spent enough time figuring out what really matters: my family, my friends, and creating a cozy space where we all feel safe and happy. That’s why I’m so picky about my products.

Hormones

I'm going through a time of life where my hormones are playing a big part in my life. I can cry very easily. Do you get this? I didn't want anything else to mess about with my hormones. 

This is why I make my products which do not have hormone disrupters in them (The fancy word is phthalates) 

Every candle, every wax melt, every reed diffuser I make is phthalate-free.
Now, I know—what on earth are phthalates? (Say it with me: thal-ates)

They’re sneaky little chemicals found in many fragrances that can stick around in the air long after the candle’s gone. Yikes! I wouldn’t want that in my home, so why would I ask you to have it in yours?

For me, it’s all about creating scents that smell like pure luxury without the unnecessary extras. Because when my loved ones are breathing it in (and trust me, I burn these candles ALL the time), I want to feel good about it.
